I believe that Menorca is one of the best islands for those who love ❤️ lighthouses. There are many of them in less than 1 hour between each other. In addition, the weather is most of the year sunny so it turns to be a perfect place for nice and beautiful sunset or sunrise lighthouse pictures.

The very first day I woke up in Scotland during my first road trip in this beautiful country was in North Berwick, near Edinburgh. I was not there by chance but @johnduncanfilmmaker 's fault. In 2016 I discovered some of his drone work 🚁 across Scotland and it was the reason why I decided to get there. The Bass/Bass Rock was featured in one of their films. It is an island facing North Berwick that currently host a large colony of gannets. It has been among other uses as a prison. During the day it looks like a white island but in fact this color is given by the thousands of birds staying there!

It was a gift having this sunrise behind the island and such warm colors.

Un concierto que albergó una declaración del talento de dos de las mejores voces que femeninas que hay en el mundo actualmente. Ambas aparecieron con un largo vestido rojo. ¿Qué tendrá el rojo en el Palau de la Música?

A late afternoon walk in the oldest area of Colmar. This town has the essence of Alsace region plus water channels which give them some "Venice" touch. That is why they call them "Petite Venise". Really worth visiting.

Loved how the @canonespana Canon 5D Mark IV captured 📸 all details and dynamic range. I used a @benroesp for longer exposure time. Lens 24-70 f2.8L II USM@24mm, Iso 500, f8 0,8sec.

Last summer I did a road trip up to Norway and whilst planning the trip sections I spoke with my friend Montse who recommended me to visit Colmar. It is a nice and traditional town in France very near from German border. I was impressed, really happy to have visited it.

De rojo, pintando las notas y "Vestida de Nit". Sí, @nosoloramen y @gabrielafresan acertásteis a la primera. La no-tan-misteriosa cantante de la foto de mi anterior post es ni más ni menos que @silviaperezcruzzzzz . En la anterior foto ella tenía solamente 21 años. En la foto de éste post, 5 años más tarde exactamente en el mismo sitio y compartiendo escenario con Dulce Pontes.

LAS CASUALIDADES DE LA VIDA! Esa época eran mis inicios en la fotografía y fue un descubrimiento en muchos sentidos. No solamente por su actuación en el Palau, sino por lo más bonito de la historia: Desde hacía unos años conocía Cástor Pérez, compositor y cantante. Con él hice mis primeros bolos y también de las primeras fotos que hice con mi primera cámara digital (entonces, con menos de un megapíxel). Un día, poco después de la foto del anterior post, estaba con Cástor y le enseñé algunas fotos 📸 que había hecho últimamente. Se quedó alucinado cuando vio las fotos de Sílvia. Resulta que en ese caso, no solamente compartían apellido sino la misma sangre. Era su hija! Siempre discreto pero nunca podía esconder una sonrisa de orgullo de padre. Gracias a Olga Vergés, otra palafrugellenca, conocí el myspace de Sílvia (qué viejo suena ya eso del myspace!), donde pude escuchar un poco más de su repertorio. Ya entonces el "Corrandes d'Exili" se convirtió en una de mis favoritas. También Juan Casanovas @turistassonoros.studio , técnico que tengo el placer de conocer desde hace muchos años ha mezclado para Cástor y actualmente para Sílvia, tanto el los directos como en el estudio. Aprovecho el post para mandarles un abrazo a Sílvia y Juan, para seguir haciendo tan buen trabajo! Y a Cástor, uno de más especial, que seguro que nos está viendo desde algún sitio :)

Directo del baúl de los recuerdos, en la foto 📸 ella tenía 21 años y aunque ya destacaba con su maravillosa voz, estaba lejos de la popularidad y currículum que ha acumulado hasta hoy. La actuación de la foto era una entrega de premios donde ella cantaba algún tema de jazz como solista de una formación.

Va ser fantàstic retrobar a la Laura Simó, cantant a qui ja vaig poder tenir l'honor d'acompanyar a Nova York, amb tota una big band, al seu concert de l'espectacle Sueño Inmaterial. Va ser especial el fet de poder fotografiar-la junt amb Francesc Burrull, Mestre i qui ha sigut el seu Director Musical durant anys. .
Eren a l'Arts Santa Mònica amb la companyia de Jordi Bonell a la guitarra. Fotografia al backstage abans de la seva actuació.
